At Home Athlete, LLC (mobile fitness) strives to make your environment healthy: take a class and learn how to become more mobile, stable, combat daily stressors, and gain knowledge applicable to daily life and sport. Classes currently include - Functional Moment Screening, True Core, and Foundations Matter. Also, human performance packages, which includes 2 fitness assessments with which I will tailor workouts to your specific needs.
